A little over 10 years ago, Kyu and I were sipping cocktails at Tin Roof with some friends, and I casually told him that I dreaded going to work everyday as an engineer. I had played life perfectly by the books up to that point, and I’d never been more unhappy. He looked up at me and asked what I was most passionate about. I quickly said photography. Then he responded in the most charming and charismatic way, “Well then, let’s figure out a way to allow you to photograph every day.” And the rest of our story unfolded…
Last week, we celebrated 10 years of Alice Park Photography and hosted the grand opening of Park Studios, a new venture for us and Kyu’s latest little brainchild. Coincidently, 2017 is also the 10 year anniversary of our marriage. Funny how it all works out like that.
We were surrounded by family, close friends, and some of our dearest clients from the past decade. Here are some of the highlights of that evening….
