A Wild One Birthday at Park Studios

We love when parents kick tradition to the curb and plan their children’s birthday parties their way! Brilliant mama Myleik Teele decided to have a fully customized birthday for son Noah. The family wanted everyone to have fun, to get in some quality time with their closest family and friends, as well as for the celebration to be stylish. How amazing is that?! From the knockout balloon installation and balloon bar, to the craft station for kids, to the photo booth, there’s so much to love about this darling day planned by Lemiga Events! From Michelle Gainey … For this Wild One 1st Birthday Party we created seating areas and decor that were both comfy and visually stimulating for our little and big guests!

From Myleik Teele … When we got to the part where the singing slows down at the end … “Haaaaappy Biiiiiiirthday, dear Noooooaaaaah …,” I felt a flood of emotions.

Every good styled shoot needs a good theme! Or so we’ve come to believe thanks to the host of talented creatives who produce workshops at Park Studios (see more here and here!). Each one can take our simple space and create something magical within it! More on that below, where we share a sneak peek and behind-the-scenes look at the fabulous Samantha Clarke‘s workshop! Do you see the theme? We’ll give you a hint … it’s punchy. But it’s more than just bright colors! We’re Loving This All-White Baby Shower

January 14, 2019

When it came time to celebrate their baby, this beautiful couple wanted to make it a gender-neutral, all-white event. “Worth the Wait” was the inspired theme, and this modern baby shower was born. The elegant shower featured hints of natural greenery, and comfort food that provided a reason to celebrate all on its own. All that plus a “So Worth the Wait” feature wall, and plenty of natural light pouring in for guests to relish in and enjoy. It was a fabulous way to kick off the year, in the studio!

Jillian Smith, of One Touch Events, designed the event. Our own Alice Park photographed the couple’s maternity session just before the shower.

Spring Fiesta Styled Shoot

It should come as no surprise that this styled shoot from Michelle Gainey of Lemiga Events is absolutely dreamy. Feminine, but not overdone, this beautiful setup for her spring style guide was perfecto. Michelle was inspired by Latin culture and a classic seasonal color palette so the neutral setting of Park Studios helped the floral hues pop. The colors combined with the fabulous accents created gorgeous vignettes we’re completely obsessed with. It’s truly all sunshine and happy vibes in this shoot; scroll down and see for yourself!
